Our adventure

So we started out Tuesday morning the 6th of July 2021 heading up the eastern coast. First stop Hubbard’s Peanuts In Franklin Va. It’s a Harvest Host place. We stayed overnight. Got up the next morning on our way to Freehold NJ to visit some close friends for a few days, but on the way our motor home had some issues. The fan belt broke along with the slip clutch. We were able to limp our way to a Food Lion and actually spent the night in the parking lot. Marty feverishly searched for parts and a mechanic, which he found. This stop put us off schedule.. so we had to stay ina coastal town at a campground called Pine Grove. Have to say so glad we did. It’s a wonderful place and we hope to return one day. We stayed because we were having the clutch shipped to us. So we decided to go to dinner at a place recommended to us called Bills Prime Seafood. Oh my we were so glad we went one of the best meals I have ever had dining out. So now we are 3 days off schedule. I called and canceled our reservation at Layton’s Chance vineyard and we stayed in our friends drive for 2 nights I rearranged our reservation for Sandy Pond in Plymouth Mass. Which is where we are now. Upon our arrival Marty unfortunately got the motor home stuck in a muddy ditch. Lol. We did get it out with help and the Lord. Finally get to our site start setting up Get slides out only to find out one of the slides was kissing a tree. Needless to say we had to pack back up and move the motor home and start the set up process again. We plan on going to Martha’s Vineyard tomorrow. Sent from my iPad
