I am really speechless. I am going to try to convey my thoughts and mental pictures of what Marty and I have witnessed Just when we thought the beauty of this great country couldn’t get any better. We arrive in Livingston Mt. we stayed at Osen RV park. Really nice place to stay. Convenient to many popular National sites to visit. Our first day we toured around wanting to get the lay of the land. Second day we had found a very nice spot along the Yellowstone River. We took our chairs puppies and a bottle of wine and set there by the River and was totally astonished. Third day we left campsite about 6am and set out for Yellowstone National Park. We toured the park all day seeing sites that just left us speechless. We ended up at the Grand Tetons and was blown away by this picturesque scenery. My dad told me years ago he wanted me to experience the majestic splendor of the Tetons. So now I have and my dad was so spot on in his description We had rented a room in Victor Idaho where we met the most amazing person, Bill. He was a most excellent host. His place was filled with art works and collections of Native American artifacts He had so many stories and made us fill so welcomed. The room we stayed in was covered in pictures, albums, cds. clothing and tapes of all the great rock stars of the 60’s and 70’s. Totally narrley dude. As Marty said. “We slept under the stars, Rock stars”. We got up in the morning and Bill had fixed us a wonderful breakfast consisting of fresh caught trout homemade hash browns toast and homemade raspberry preserves. So we sad our goodbyes and set out to Yellowstone again. This time taking a different route. We wanted to see Old Faithful. We arrived at the site and we were so anxious to walk through the park. We were there about 20 minutes before it spewed out the hot water filled with bacteria and steam bounding it’s way up towards the sky. It was truly a sight to behold. We walked through the park and saw smaller geysers. One irrupted right if front of us. It was amazing We finished our walk and headed on down the road. We saw Bison, elk, big horn sheep and even a bald eagle No bears. Kinda glad about that one. Lol All in all thus far we have had an amazing adventure. Looking forward to seeing more of our great countries beauty We will keep everyone updated to our experiences and journey Blessings to all and to all have a most restful nights sleep.
