So we stayed at a very busy RV park in Trenton Me. The Narrows Too. We were there for a month. It’s located next door to a small airport. Our trip there was a very exciting time. I know I mentioned our plight in the last blog. We were able to get the parts we needed and Bella Rhea performed beautiful yesterday when we headed out. Marty was really apprehensive and stressed out about the trip, but we both were thankful that all went great So while in Maine we had wonderful food, met many great folks and saw absolutely some of the most breathtaking views. It truly is a great place to visit. The weather was just awesome. For me the highlight of the trip was Larry the Lobster. We had planned our meal for our anniversary. So while over at Schoodic Point. (You really need to visit this place) we found a small market that had lobsters for $9.99 a pound. We stopped went inside and looked at the lobsters in the tank. The guy behind the counter looked at me and said “they make really good pets”. Lol. So after our brief exchanges I let him know we were there to purchase a lobster. He took me into the walk in cooler and there I picked out my lobster. The gentleman put him in a box and said the lobsters name was Larry. So we bought Larry and a few other items and started home. Jon and Michell were with us so I put Larry in the back seat with them. Jon didn’t realize Larry was alive. Kinda freaked him out when Larry started moving around. Lol. So we get back to the bus I put Larry in the fridge. Jon and Chell left the next morning and our anniversary was the following day. I checked on Larry Saturday morning and he didn’t seem to be moving so Marty and I had him that evening. Larry was if not the best at least one of the best lobster we have ever had. All in all Maine is wonderful. A must place to visit. So much so we already made reservations for next year We are heading to Concord and Lexington for a couple of days and then to Niagara Falls We will keep everyone updated. Have a blessed day..
